6:00 a.m.—6:30 p.m.

Ages of Care
We provide care for ages 6 weeks– 10 years old.

Enrollment Information
Prospective Parents are encouraged to visit our center. The following forms below you can receive when you come visit our center. All the information will be given to you for completion and to be returned on your child’s first day of school.

Permission Slip/Emergency Slip
Health Form
Shot Records
Parent Agreement

When our children go off to school they will be an independent person with a strong sense of self, who will be able to improvise and use his or her creativity in working and learning as a healthy thinking individual. These will remain with him or her throughout his or her life.
